Air Frame Manufacturing & Supply receives ISO 9001:2000 certification
On June 22, 2005, Air Frame Manufacturing & Supply Co., Inc. received notification that its Quality Management System’s operation conforms to ISO 9001:2000 requirements and received its Certificate of Registration.
Air Frame Manufacturing & Supply Co. quality policy has always been to meet or exceed our customers’ requirements in a consistent fashion by providing the highest quality defense parts to our Japanese customers. This policy is fully supported by a highly trained and skilled work force empowered to contribute actively to our continual improvement program and by a quality system in full compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.
By receiving ISO 9001:2000 certification, it confirms Air Frame Manufacturing & Supply Co.’s quality policy and our commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally friendly working environment.
C/X, P/X Cable Assemblies
Current: Air Frame is coordinating with prime contractor KHI on designing and qualifying over 100 different M/A-COM cable assemblies for the MPA C-X/P-X platforms. Air Frame is also coordinating with Esterline Mason/Janco Switch Products to design and qualify switch/potentiometer combinations for the MPA C-X/P-X platforms.
F-15 Multiport Cable Assemblies
Air Frame coordinated the design of a new M/A-COM multiport cable assembly with prime contractor MHI as part of the ongoing F-15J platform upgrade. This design received qualification acceptance by MHI and JDA in February, 2005.
